Early starts in Manukau

To make collections more efficient, Auckland Council is changing when we collect rubbish and recycling bins on these South Auckland streets.

From Tuesday 05 April, rubbish and recycling collections will be collected from 5:30am. Your collection day does not change.

Starting earlier means we can complete collections safely within your street, reduce rush-hour traffic congestion and beat the build-up of parked cars.

Please place your council rubbish and recycling bins at the kerbside from 5pm the night before your usual collection day.
